Local Channels Promised at $33.99 a Month Not Available Here

I had not had satellite TV in the past because it never included my local channels, which I have to have. Two weeks ago, I saw a commercial for Direct TV saying their service now included local channels in most areas, with service starting at $33.99 a month. I thought it sounded like a great deal, so I called.
I talked for 20 minutes to the guy on the phone. He assured me that my local channels were included at a rate of $33.99 a month. Being leery, I questioned him repeatedly, and he checked and double-checked and said YES, my local channels were included. He also said installation was free and that they would send me a paper to sign and give to the installer to cover the $89.00 installation fee.
He also said they would put me down for installation the following Friday. So I ordered the package.
Lie #1: I found out from the installer that local channels are not even available in my city, and there are no plans to make them available here.
Lie #2: If local channels had been available to me, it would have been $38.99 a month, not $33.99.
Lie #3: I would have to pay for the installation and wait for a rebate from Prime TV, not sign a paper and give it to the installer to cover the installation costs, as the guy said.
Lie #4: The installer had my installation down for Monday, not Friday. Needless to say, had I known my local channels were not included, I would have NEVER ordered the system. I was lied to from the start and totally misled.
Now I am returning the system, which I never had installed. They want ME to pay for the shipping! There would be no shipping had I not been lied to from the start, because I would NOT have ordered it. I should not be out one cent for THEIR "con artist" salesperson.
Trying to get any satisfaction by phone was useless... My dog would have made a better supervisor.
