Cancelling membership

I bought for their $49.95 monthly strategy in April. 10 days later I chose to stop my account since I came across something which suits my desires better. They've A - 14 day termination necessity, and so I thought I'll be good. I attempted to get hold of them concerning the termination via mail but received no reaction. I named them-but my calls don't undergo. I'm just starting to genuinely believe that the corporation is just a scam.
