I sent a letter of termination for my membership at Gold's Gym in Dacula, GA. I want to terminate my membership in October of but was told it was a one year contract and would complete in 1/23. I followed up with several emails to confirm the date. I recently discovered I was still being charged membership fees. Upon investigation, there is a requirement that I RENEW my intention to terminate no sooner than 30 days of the termination date. No one brought that up when we were confirming the termination date. What a rip off.
