Most horrible shopping experience ever!

"I requested a mattress from their store plus they delivered mean email saying it did not approach. After I was writing in my own title, my entire name would not match therefore, I believed which may be the issue. I tried again and same task. I waited a couple of days and requested the merchandise ($700.00 mattress) from another organization. The following point I understand, I obtain a delivery notice (about 15 days later). I instantly named them - no solution. I quit a note - no-call back. I sent plus they claim too poor - you are able to decline it however, you need to spend 25% restock charge and also the price of the delivery. I replied towards the e-mail and stated please contact me - they never named. Subsequently, my data had filled a classic amount. (used to donot recognize) After I e-mail again stating what's the offer, they e-mail back stating they were calling and making communications which I currently also owe storage costs about the mattress. I told them-it is incredible that they can email me concerning the costs although not email me to express they cannot reach me. I called 3 times altogether with no one replies the telephone or calls back (I quit my proper quantity after I named). They explained there is never a problem plus they just went my card when - however, there's a terminated purchase in my own purchase background!!! Absurd customer support plus they ostensibly WOn't keep in touch with you reside. Buyer Beware!!!"
