This man quoted an unecessarily high fee, which I paid upfront because I was under tremdous pressure and he know it.
He first stated that he would settle for half of the retainer up front, then he called a family member and manipulated them for the other half of the money without telling me. All within a few hours. After he got the money, he tried to sell me out and refused to accept my calls.
The decision to terminate my working relationship with him came as a result of the following factual findings:
... Your lack of effectiveness on all cases,
... Your misconduct and dishonesty as a professional attorney including:
O Misrepresentation of your efforts in attempting to move cases forward with unsubstantiated, negative results,
O... Lying to me personally concerning a vast number of issues,
O... instructing your secretary lie to me over the phone (when she was unaware the I could hear you speaking with her),
O... Falsifying hours worked in exchange for moneys received from me and my family.
He lied about everthing including pretending that he had conversations with people that he did not!
