Failure to deliver on contract!

We closed a-12 month agreement with yellowpages.com by which we were assured 90 ticks monthly (1080 ticks each year). The price is $391/month. Your first 3 months we got 43,15, & 5 ticks respectively. Even though organization isn't doing about the agreement, they're not prepared to let's from it. They'll not return our cash and declare that if we-don't obtain the ticks from the end-of the entire year they'll increase our advertisement free of charge till we have them. I am not thinking about spending nearly $400/month for ticks I could easily get 24 months from today. They appear to genuinely believe that I've to support my end-of the agreement, robot they don't have support theirs. I will have to obtain a lawyer concerned.
