As w / the rest of the folks complaining about this individual, I got taken. I only performed 2 inspections & a bid, less than $100.00 worth of work... He was cool @ first, then never got responses. Everyone should refuse any contact w / him. He solicits thru craigslist, I notified them of scammer, PLEASE do the same. We have to shut him down. Because I've been in the industry I know where he gets his work, I'm contacting them this week to inform of his tactics... HE is scum of the earth..
