B & R Property Preservation and Recovery William J Thomas
Is a con artist

Miscellaneous

For those of you reading this, be aware William J Thomas is a con artist. He is the owner of B & R Property Preservation and Recovery Services. He claims he is the victim from not being paid for completing property preservation work for several companies.
Truth be told most of the work he has completed is not done correctly or has tried to cheat the companies he claims ownes him money by saying thing are done and in fact the truth is he's never completed the work, or falsely reported what he truely has done at these house.
Do not hire this person to do work for you. It will only cause you more trouble than what is worth. I am very curious to see if anyone who has worked with him, dealt with him, or know of him will respond to this.
