False advertising, breach of contract, failure to comply with agreement and provide service that were paid for!

I'd Dwight DJ for the wedding party. Though he did an ample work in the party - his support since leaves significantly to become preferred. Like a section of our contract - he was to supply a DVD of our party. It's been more than 3 weeks and we've yet to get the DVD. He's not delivered some of my 9 communications or has he replied to my 8 emails. I've yet to obtain a reason of why we-don't possess the DVD or whenever we can get it. He simply ignores my calls and emails. I'm along the way of processing a using the Better Business Institution as well as following-up with small-claims judge to determine if we're eligible for a reimbursement because he breached our agreement. Their costs were sensible but I suppose the old saying applies "you receive that which you purchase!" BEWARE - he is not really a guy of his term!
