Contract abuse

Like a small company we were confronted by a convincing salesman for defeating our present charge card vendor provider. We needed an assurance for fines and costs of termination if agreement could be approved. Agreement was authorized and we'd evaluate once copies were sent by sales person. After evaluation there have been No promise of fines. Therefore we submitted a termination on a single time of trademark. The organization approved and all went well. Then we started to get regular costs of costs from Chase Paymentech / Payment Methods, We named and were acknowledged quantities and guaranteed all was great. 8 weeks later we get debited for termination costs via a third party. We did a scam analysis to obtain the extreme costs of around $1800.00. After examining we discovered Check Entrance created the costs for Vendor Processing systems-which in further, we discovered Payment Methods whilst the receiver. After calling Pursuit in Tx we were redirected back again to Cost Methods and after numerous hours of emails and calls, conveyed having a supervisor. The supervisor honestly mentioned the agreement was terminated consequently termination costs (my major reason for not taking the agreement and eliminating). She explained I'd need to solve this with a lawyer. Presently we're currently searching for a lawyer. It seems the corporation needs to determine structured way of fraud to create money. They're draining onto a Pursuit title and Pursuit allows them like a third party, waiver of however no obligation upon misleading resort of those businesses. There's to be always a way of nailing these deceptive businesses!
