Unifund Garnished my social securiy advantages over a 2003 debt. I named plus they could not tell who closed the summons to look (allegedly a substitue). I never obtained a romantic date to look for reasoning. Today 8 years later I am without resources to reside on. Our $1800 debt has become $5,772 with no solutions from their website. I named to inquire about this-but the girl I spoke to was really rude and responded nothing to assist. Agencys such as this must be illegal. I intend on suing for illegal methods. Our atty says we've a great chance. Pray
