Misleading credit card debt

I'd an. AT&T common MasterCard with about $6000 in bad debt. The bad-debt was purchased by Unifund. I had been never educated who these were until an area attorneys workplace (Peroutka and Peroutka) summoned me to courtroom for an nearly $13000 debt

I owe debt... I understand this. Peroutka resolved in court to pay for the over 7000 (6000 plus costs) via monthly obligations that we have already been for three years now.

I checked my credit; unifund CONTINUES TO BE ACCUMULATING!!! How is that this possible. It is over $35000!!! If peroutka was who forms an presents them, just how can unifund maintain increasing te debt! It's DESTROYED my credit. It had been something having $6000 appear damaging. But since I have have gotten auto loans which increased my credit, this $35000 is loomin over me

Unifund are fools and would not help me realize. And perotkas solution was they've no control over that and also to contact unifund.

Could somebody help me in what I have to do next?
