DirecTV / Mohave Co-op Both Directv and Mohave Co-op refuse responsibility for failure to deliver subscription Mohave Co-op

We are a long time subscriber to DirecTV and take their guide which is paid for annually. For the last 4 months it has arrived late, with the February one yet to arrive and the November one not arriving until the 13th of that month.

On Monday the 2nd of February my wife called the guide replacement number to check on the delay. They offered a replacement but could only refer her to phone number 800-347-3288 for subscription info. This number led to a referral to the local server, Mohave co-op at 800-210-9190. They claimed to have no more dealings with DirecTV Guide yet our annual payment was made to them. They referred us to 800-496-8273 which was a disconnected number with referral back to 800-347-3288. We than tried the subscription phone number, 800-531-500, from the front of the January guide. My wife spoke to a Robert who of course claimed to have nothing to do with distribution and insinuated the problem was with the post office.

On the 3rd of February and again today, the 4th, I asked the Post Mistress of the Dolan Springs Post Office if any DirecTV guides had been seen and she said no both days. That tells me that no guides have arrived in the Dolan Spring Postal District and that we are not alone in having no DirecTV Guide. Just for the sake of argument, the regular TV guide makes it 52 times a year.

On checking my e-mail on Wednesday the 4th (today) I had received a message from DirecTV Guide telling me to contact the local server as they bore no responsibility for subscriptions. This indicates to me that my original e-mail was not read or the attempted message was ignored.

My conclusion is that neither DirecTV or Mohave Co-op is particularly interested in their customers receiving a product that has been payed for.
