Ripoff Dishonest fraudulent billing

Mxenergy sending out bills to people that don't even live at the address anymore. When you receive a bill in the mail and you call them about it, they always have an excuse why the bill was sent even though you are not suppose to pay the bill. When called about the bill and t hey tell you it is the last bill, they always try to find an excuse why they sent the last bill. But, also they will not send you a confirmation that this is the last bill, because they can't send emails out to people. Mxenergy is a big ripoff. They say they send you out a letter stating that if you go with another carrier or you drop service with them, you will be charged a $50.00 service fee. Myself I did not receive a letter, but they want to still send me out a bill every time I turn around. I am sick of all of this. I believe that it should be your preference to stay with a natural gas supplier or not. I feel like this is a discrimination against my bill of rights. I would advise anyone seeking a natural gas supplier do not go with MXENERGY!!!
