Fraud/fixed price scam

Don't create the error I did so. Late August I'd 2 males arrived at my house from mxenergy declaring they might save me cash on my fuel bill. My partner and that I listened then proceeded to contact Nipsco. Soon after speaking with nipsco I told them no and shut my door. I believed which was the finish of it. It looked bad and that I truly did not wish to alter my supplier. Last month I obtain my large statement once more... Just this time around it had been over $1000.00. I almost leaped out-of my skin. I named nipsco plus they stated I've an arrangement with mxenergy and that I would need to contact them. After speaking with manya mxenergy repetition, I realized I'd been cheated. I had been informed that used to donot need to signal something to obtain me registered. And when I needed to finish the agreement (that we did not agree within the first-place) I'd need to spend $150.00. I requested to determine the agreement... They do not have one. I requested to listen to the saving wherever I accepted this... They do not have one. And so I have no idea what else to complete. I am likely to a lawyer but I notice it's very hard to increase against these fraud businesses. Can somebody help please...
