Refund not given as i was told

I bought that which was to be always a 'meagatron seriousness robot' out of this online organization 'toyglobe.com' after I obtained them it had been a 'starscream' and never a 'megatron' as requested. I approached to organization 2 times without any outcome, they've just an answering device to consider calls, and didn't react to my emails aswell... I informed paypal and submitted a criticism. They approached the vendor and after many weeks pased I had been informed to return them (at their cost) and that I could be provided a complete reimbursement as well as the price of return shipment... Taking this present used to do not advance my paypal criticism to some paypal challenge! Huge mistake! Time passed no NO REFUND. No reaction possibly to my messages left or emails sent... After 4 telephones calls and 5 emails, I have determined it a missing cause and looked out sites to publish my criticism. DO BUY FROM THIS VENDOR online TOYGLOBE.com a doll website... You'll be fear should you choose! They're not trusted and provide no customer support... Don't buy from toyglobe.com
