Big fat goose egg!

I purchase items on websites constantly and also have never had an issue which wasnot set or altered to fulfill both client and merchant. Not till I bought a doll from TOYGLOBE.com.

On 3/18, I thought I had been creating a transaction to get a merchandise which was "in-stock" on the website (18-inch Iron Maiden number) for $119 and got nothing for that money-they took from my consideration exactly the same evening I thought I had been creating a deal. It was not really a purchase but TOYGLOBE taking me (yet others it appears) the money.

TOYGLOBE, would you have a company which includes GADGETS? In that case, please send me my item or return my income. I received an email that mentioned they screwed-up on my purchase and we'd be awaiting the merchandise to reach because it is on back-order (NOT in-stock). Next all went dead... No conversation whatsoever. I've attempted numerous emails and calls by which they express you'll get call-back in 24 hours. It's been times since I have attempted another phone when I view it gets me nowhere.

By 6/24, I've voiced having a lawyer to function about these grievances which have appeared to be everywhere about "TOYGLOBE FRAUD" and hopes the Greater Business Beareau could possibly get involved.

I'm usually really individual and also have been knowing previously with purchases online. This is actually the only moment I've had an issue of the degree. Anything must be achieved...
