Ripoff by toyglobe bank robbers

My mom recently purchased marvel legends series 10 and 11 for me for my birthday. I was excited to get these and when i opened the box everything looked okay but, they did not include the scarlet witch in the box. I have sent many e-mails to toyglobe but no response back.

I would either like a refund of my money or would like to recieve the scarlet witch. I was happy with the service and would order from you again if i can at least get a response back. Going on to this site seems like the only way to get a hold of you. Please do not rip me off. Thank you.
