This hurts. Can not think I really got cheated. I am often very good with one of these issues. They approved PayPal! Exactly what the heck! DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO ANYONE WHO CLAIMS PAYPAL IS SAFE FOR PAYMENTS BEYOND EBAY

I submitted a challenge with PayPal, also it was determined in my own benefit, however they stated they mightnot get something in the vendor's consideration

It was there reply...

'We've finished our analysis of the situation. We experimented with approach a reimbursement in the vendor's account for your requirements. Sadly, the vendor's consideration doesn't retain the resources essential to protect this reimbursement. We could recover $0.00 USD. We've taken action from the vendor and therefore are trying to recover the remaining of the reimbursement. We shall contact you whenever we have significantly more info. No more motion is needed of you at the moment.'

This scammer can clearly never create a deposit in his PHONY consideration.

I believed PayPal could be ready to withdraw the resources in the vendor's banking account. That isn't the situation; the vendor should have profit his/her PayPal account in order to get something.

Anybody could be cheated by PayPal, all-they need to do is start an account, con somebody, obtain the resources used in their bank account, then close the account.

Has anybody experienced this case?

What must I do today?

Is there an internet site that addresses instances such as this that may get my money-back?

I do want to get his IP...
