Deadlydeal has taken money from me now in two ways. First i bought an item from them and waited patently for it to arrive for over a month with out the package ever arriving. I then contacted deadly and asked them what was going on. I got a responce saying the item got hung up in customs and i could get either store credit or a full refund. Of course i opted for the full refund through paypal. Another month went by with no refund so i filed a paypal claim. The "seller" never responded so i won the case. Now i got this email from paypal. We have concluded our investigation into your case and have decided in yourfavor.

You have indicated that a partial refund of 0 would be satisfactory.

If the seller's account has insufficient funds to complete the refund owedto you, please be assured that we will take appropriate action against theseller's account, which may include limitation of the seller's accountprivileges.
