Sales Junction Auto Billing and service termination serious issues

Without notice Sales Junction.com automatically billed for one year in advance. When notified that the account should be closed they REFUSED to issue any refund on the future services that they had not yet provided. We notified them on the same day they billed.
Instead of issuing a refund, they pointed at terms of service that said they could bill one year in advance and cancelling did not change anything.
Very argumentative via email - very rude, very unprofessional. Nothing wrong with their services from what I can tell, but our company has NEVER seen billing in advance without notice. And refusing to issue a refund for future, unused services is as big a rip off as you can get.
And arguing with the customer? These guys need to get a clue. There are too many good providers to go to a company that acts in this manner.
There was no resolution. We had to issue a charge back against the credit card they billed in order to stop the $579 transaction. They simply tried to take our money. Very bad business practice.
Note that our company has never issued a charge back against any vendor ever. This is a first for us. We stongly suggest that you do not use SalesJucntion.com.
