Sold incorrect item, and sexual discrimination

I went in to the shop, and requested for pavement wax. I had been acutely detailed in what I needed. I get property, utilize what I BELIEVED was the right product. $350.00 later-after needing to hire a water-pressure machine to get rid of the COLOR/WAX throughout my pathway to my door. And second, I went in buying work from an advertisement, for customer support, plus they stated they just employ ladies to perform the register. These folks do not know what they're performing within this shop. I've had an array of additional issues with them, but this last one, was the ultimate straw! Never can I proceed within this shop again, and neither may my building/artwork buddies.
