Icpv TV Noop software is the worst I've seen in a long time

Bought to test TVNoop since their customer support stated I'd 60-days to declare a return if disappointed. Well, the icpv Television Noop application may be the toughest I Have observed in quite a long time. I actually donot require countless traffic webcams as well as their state to exhibit HBO and MONK is just a laugh since they're usually 'Traditional' on Television Noop. Aswell, the throughput and vida quality hurts. I've requested a reimbursement according to their 60-day return policy, but I keep obtaining the run around.
