Fix regcleaner.com sold software that does not work and will not refund, even though their website says refund for any reason

I bought fixregcleaner software relying on their claim for a refund for any reason and their claim of an awards by both SoftSea and Softpedia; I contacted both organizations and both say they never made any award to fix regcleaner software.

The software failed to fix a "windows explorer stopped working" issue even though I have run the software many times (in excess of 30 times). When I ask for a refund they do not respond to mny emails.
