I registered to get Acai Berries free trial offer for. 99 cent delivery costs just via a link in MSN Health Information, that associated with Funnel 5 health news, approximately I imagined. I had been billed instantly $169.95 on my charge card without my understanding or permission. It's been more than 2 weeks and that I still do not have my money returned. I delivered the merchandise immediately upon delivery. I've a POD from advantages they obtained the merchandise.

I had been informed by Body Wellness customer support representative the check is within the email. Each time I contact them nearly every week, I'm lied to that particular the reimbursement is within the email, plus they WOn't let me consult with a supervisor. I submitted a formal problem using the FTC & BBB to date. I've also approached route 5 news in Detroit (health information) because it was associated with their site. They dismissed me and also have not set the issue, not really a great indication. Probably the Chicago Tribune could be thinking about http://www.channel5healthnews.net and funnel 5 information overlooking their visitors notificattions that their site is conning the general public by permitting this to become associated with their website for such a long time. Pity in it too. What additional option may I do to create these folks along and prevent conning customers.
