Lying manager, no furniture nor a refund

The Corporation is just a rip-off. I truly have no idea why regulations is letting them remain in company with a lot of grievances. I introduced (taken care of) furniture from their store about two 5 months before. I settled them $100.00 to put on the furniture within the store. I named them one week later and informed them I'll maintain in a single more week. I requested the man when they might contain the furniture till then, he explained "certain, not a problem". Precisely one-week later my spouse went in and compensated entirely for that furniture about $1,400.00. After she settled them, the salesman subsequently informed her they'd to-order the furniture also it could be in in per week. She called me livid. I named the shop and was informed they might not maintain furniture and also the furniture could be in in a single week. Well, its been two nearly three months with no furniture. Somehow, somebody should do anything about that organization... I believe Route 9 news, funnel 2 news, route 4 news and every other news organization have to be informed. Just how can a business proceed to rip-off customers and obtain away withit. The individual I spoke with title is Bob (atleast that's what he explained his name was). We have to bombard the BBB with calls and characters about them-and Their State Attorney's Workplace. I personnally will soon be visiting the BBB and also the State Attorney's Workplace tomorrow 3/16/10 with my criticism and costs of scam from the individual who got my cash and didn't provide my spouse what we settled for.
