I purchases the 2 licenses Microsoft Office Professional Retail Download from eValueSoftware on October 26th. The emailed receipt claimed I would receive the license keys and download instructions within 2 business hours MTN time. I never received the licenses keys. I contacted them on several occasions and they claimed they were waiting for a shipment from Microsoft. I said fine and waited a couple more days and still did not receive them. I contacted them again and received no response at all. I asked for a refund per their policy and did not receive a response or refund. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they do not respond to them either.
