Refuses to give refund

I had purchased Microsoft Office Home and Business from this website, in hopes of saving around $100. I made this purchase on Dec, 8. I recieved an email saying it would be an additional 24 hours before I was able to download. I needed the program ASAP on my computer. I looked at the return policy on the website - it said you would be able to get a refund if you made a purchase within 30 days and uninstalled the program. I never installed it and would assume it would be a quickie return. Negative. I have emailed them 5 times demanding for a return at this point. They've only emailed me back 2 times 1) with directions on how to download and 2) to please follow the instructions so I would please download their product.

I don't want to download, i just want my money back and to move on from this situation.
