I bought 5 packages of Hefty soak proof styrofoam plates for a party. They come in packages of 130... I started setting these plates out and realized that some of them were partially shredded. I swear by these plates and buy them all the time, but this particular batch was bad... The UPC code was 1370009130... These were bought at Walmart and I paid $4.24 per package... I have never been so embarrassed...
