Idea Entity Delivered Poor Research Project Done Offshore

Hired Idea Entity to deliver research project and expected it done onsite. They did NOT tell me it was done offshore. The deliverables were terrible, I paid US rates and they did not stand behind their service. My MS team will not use them again.
