Don't waste your time and your money buyer beware!

Our company purchased four pallets of customer returns furniture from Via Trading for the first time.
We were trying to be conservative, considering the risks involved in buying costumer returns.
So far it has been the biggest mistake we made as a company. After opening all the pallets we realized that we could not fill up one single pallet with items worth selling.
90% of the items we bought went straight to the landfill, for some items the cost of repair was higher than the actual value of the item and others were unrepairable.

We contacted via trading, hoping to find a solution and expecting to get at least a small refund or a percentage of what we spent.
We submitted a list of damaged items and photographs as proof.
The Only solution they offer was to give us a discount on our next purchase.
