Did not refund on order that was canceled due to Very slow shipment

I requested a coat to get a function and compensated by paypal to candygirldress.com. On December 14th. Them was backordered and was informed could be delivered January fifth... Backordered again

I patiently waited until January 24th but needed to stop the purchase since it was gointg to reach too late for my occasion.

They assured full reimbursement and product wouldn't be delivered.

They delivered on February 11th. I obtained on February 17th but declined bundle and delivered back to organization. They didn't return my cash! They're difficult to cope with. Don't make use of this organization.
