I requested and settled this company for 40 lbs of fatwood. (employed for helping begin fires in fireplaces) it had been the 2nd period I requested out of this organization. Our handle was somehow wrong (actually it's difficult to inform who created the mistake-the company or even the shipper-UPS) The bundle was delivered towards the organization. I attempted to telephone often, quit a note and not obtained a return telephone call. I sent many times - ONCE obtaining a response, that described that once they withhold delivery expenses (both methods) I'd get a reimbursement within the email (considering the fact that it had been currently spring I no further required the merchandise.) I sent back and described the delivery to me had been already compensated by me-it had been contained in the purchase. Presented how difficult I'd to function to get hold of them within the first-place I recommended that people separate the return shipment. Which was the final contact we'd. I never obtained a reimbursement or ANY reactions. They've my cash AND my item. I believe to deal with a REPEAT, truly any client in this way is embarrassing. I've approached the BBB and also the organization has overlooked them aswell.
