Uls. Refund unauthorized withdrawal of bank funds

Grant Treasury company has two parts, 1 is a discount membership web site which can be joined for $49.99. The second part is a grant writing school that can be joined for 149.95.
I had no contact with either company until I find out through the bank a check for each amount had been withdrawn through my account. The $149.95 check put my account into overdrawn for 9 days causing overdraft fees of $90.00. When the companies were contacted they agreed to refund the amounts of the checks but not the overdraft. The bank said I have to deal with the company. Still I am out $90.00 for one check and $60.00 for a second automatic bill pay check. What can be done?
