Harassing Phone Calls

I wanna create a complant about qtbill. Comwe began getting telephone calls and managing from them., they got my infor also. Said it had been to get a colloct call. My organization don't permit accumulate calls, along with a cost i didnt understand hoe significantly or havent noticed bill onto it. They state they delivered me red envolope. I never got one from their store, today they're calling not really a live individual from stomach out 8 various states. Back to back 24/7 each day 7 days per week.
