Psc Unorganized, open promises, and total disorganization

I have been employed by this company for about 2 years. When I first started the job sounded great an hourly wage and benefits to be a security officer. Please keep In mind this company is based in California however I work for a branch at the garden state plaza, pretty big company should have their organization together. First off I was never given my yearly raise as promised or my yearly bonus check as well as my promotional raise. Oh that's right but they didn't forget the extra work. The benefits also went out the window considering the company only has open enrollment once a year and I wasn't notified until 3 days before and I was on vacation. To top it all off I filed for single on my tax returns and the put me as married told me there was nothing they could do about it and cost me 1000 dollars in taxes, mind you I'm a single male I should be getting back all of my tax money. This company is phony and discriminatory, everything they say is a lie.
