Cheated me out of lay over pay, reimbursements for motels, shaved miles off of what he was paying me

Iworked for this company for six months and was cheated out of bridge tolls, toll road, scale reibursements. I was paid by PC Miler and no get paid the same miles that was reported by PC. Miler. I sat a total month in different cities layed over while the truck was being repaired and did not receive any layover pay, motel reimbursement.
