Parcel lost and never refund

Hello,

I've put an order at VITACOST on 30th Jan and purchase quantity is 14450871 and delivered by DHL, but I've not obtained the package however so far (6th March).

I approached VITACOST many times plus they usually evaded the problem and questioned me to supply our nation customs paperwork to show the package never kept from the traditions. But does any nation traditions can offer it? It is extremely amusing! I named our custmos plus they never offered it before.

I acquired the e-mail in the provider DHL plus they demonstrated the package never came my nation, I submitted this mail to VITACOST plus they never respond my mail and not reimbursement me if no customs paperwork.

Their customer support is worst that I've undergone plus they sought pretext everytime and not resolve my issue. I'm very dissappointed about VITACOST and frightened to buying onto it. It's the very first and also the last time shopping with VITACOST.
