I delivered a faulty Telephone to Straighttalk and was guaranteed the moment they obtained it-they might deliver an upgraded. They obtained it on Feb. 24. It's today 13 Company nights later plus they have yet to deliver it. I named their Corporate workplace and also the "supervisor" there wouldn't assist me and stated I've to become individual and He declined to provide me anybody above him for me personally to talk to. I expected for him to consider my title and quantity and provide it to his chef and he explained "I don't assure he can get back again to me." Their title and identification # are Jose 53467. This is actually the TOUGHEST customer relationships I've ever endured knowledge with. I believe I've been very affordable about waiting after I had been informed the moment they have it I'd get my alternative. Easily were purchasing a new telephone on the internet from their store I'd obtain my Telephone within 2-3 times. Why am I not obtaining the same thought and support. Is there anyone who are able to assist me get responses from their website. I'd like a romantic date of after I can get my telephone and they'll NOT provide me with that info!!!
