Overcharged debit card and won't refund money

Over per month before I attempted to buy some products at my local GNC retailer. The worker assisting me at that time explained that my card did not undergo and that I settled with money. Later that week I noticed that my card was certainly billed I visited the shop plus they advised me that I'd need to feel the Corporate customer support office. I had been informed from the C.S. Department. They actually recognized the mistake which my card could be returned. I waited 1 week and not noticed the cost returned. I called back and was educated that the error was created plus they might return my income instantly. Nearly three months have handed and that I still have not noticed anything. I've named many times, each tome being informed that somebody will-call me back, nevertheless no-return calls. I'm very upset that this type of big organization might have such bad support. I understand that $53,00 of my cash is of little if any problem to GNC, but I'd like anything for that cash that's been obtained.
