I put an order in Sept '08 and obtained an order charging two times as significantly with products used to donot purchase and also the products I did purchase weren't delivered. I tried calling customer support but got a saving to depart a VME or send a contact. I delivered a contact 3 months before and a week ago they sent me to come back the incorrect purchase at my cost. No metion of returning the cash I had been billed or even the proper order I created. I delivered an answer wondering why I'd to pay for delivery due to their error, requested for that return of the cash they charged my charge card and what occurred towards the proper order I created. Which was yesterday and that I've noticed nothing back.

I'd prefer to keep in touch with the dog owner, the main one to take accountability, and solve my problem, but there is no method to contact him.
