I ordered a set of personalized baby scrubs for my friends' 6 month old son (both parents are doctors). I was charged for the order, but it was never delivered. Im in the process of seeking a refund, but the worst part is, nobody from the company will answer the phone. I left two messages and sent an email... All have gone unanswered. I have since filed a claim with the better business bureau and entered a claim dispute with my bank. DO NOT order from this company.
