Cheryl Hill Ordered Personalized Keepsake Birth Plate, charged my card, no plate delivered, no response to email

Ordered a baby gift (Personilized Classic Birth Plate) from the In your Name.Biz website. They had exactly what I wanted. I had received a similar gift for one of my children, she still has it some 30 yr. Later. The website looked reputable, took Major Credit Cards and was a "5-Star Top Rated Yahoo! Merchant. At first it was difficult to place the order by phone, as the recording was"mailbox full" This was shortly after the holiday 2011. With perservance I was able to order on line 12/27. I received an order confirmation via email, that same day, with an Order number.

January can & went, I didn't spend the xtra money to Rush this order, I didn't think too much about this. I had the order sent directly to the new little ones house.in February still no word. I attempted to follow-up with a call to the orginal Order # 205-678-3795, when I finally got through after several attempts of"mailbox full "again, a recording stated the # had been changed to 205-475-1290, and the email was changed to: cheryl@inyourname.Biz. I emailed an inquiry, however never reccived a reply.

Called the Credit Card Co., yes the order was paid on 12/27. I have reported the fraud, my Credit Card is cancelled, I'm out the money, the gift and faith to mankind.
