Unbelievable waste of time and energy

These folks recruit on the premise that you'll make a fortune selling office supplies or whatever they are selling at the moment. The problem is that you as the sales person must harass office managers and other decision makers while they are in the middle of their work day. They become hostile and unwilling. This company would have you bully people into buying their wares on the spot. You have to force them onto the Internet and stare over their shoulder for no less than 15-30 mins in order to get them to buy. There are no leave behinds (business cards) and no revisits. You literally have to take an office manager away from their day and politely force them to make a purchase that they are usually unprepared for on the spot. People become angry and are just short of screaming at you during your visit as a 4fifty8 acquisitions salesman. The most important part though -aside from 0 job satisfaction - is that you have two choices for your compensation if you make 6 sales a week you may receive 350.00 base pay and 15 % commission. Or you may have 0 in base pay and 30% commission. All of the sales I saw were for one or two boxes or paper and one sale was for a printer and some ink. Well if I got the 30% I would have made a whopping 40.00 all day off of that after paying for the gas to drive myself all day. I believe that comes to about 5 bucks an hour. Well if you like annoying people, getting paid crap, inconstantly and wearing your car out this is the company for you.By the way their top sales rep drives a 3 year old carolla and the president drives an accord if that tells you anything about the earning potential there.
