I was pulled over in colo. At a portable scale was told my escort was not able to escort me in colo. To stay and waite till i had one who was. Escort i mean. We were told by dot not to move till than. After the dot loaded up and left the escort who worked for the co. (ks&d rentals) who is also the owners grand son call jd hodges at that time we were told to head it north on hwy 385 i said we were told to waite for another escort. He said grandpa said take it north. So we did the next thing i know i am on a narrow bridge over width and length. The co. Escort was in the middle of the road half a mile ahead of me and said on the cb come on he was texting at this time and as i was in the bridge the car came around him and tried to make it across the bridge at that time she hit me... I got the tickett and a nother time tried to get into nm the dot at scale house told us to head back to tx because our fmc # had been out for years... The owner of the co. Wanted us to sneak around the port and get our load... We told him no way he got pissed and tried to force us to. Hell he wanted us to drive after dark on a over width permit. That u can not do... He dont care about his drivers just the money. He dont care if you hurt some one as long as he is makeing money i think dot should really take a good look at them boot legging over size loads with out permits. And above all he just dont pay his bills...
