Don't buy from them

On December 7, I requested a DVD to get a Holiday present. The web page stated it had been in-stock. Our charge card was billed. I never received the merchandise.

On calling them (starting of Jan), they state the DVD is back-requested with no estimated time of shipping. I never had any emails declaring out-of-inventory or late cargo or something of the type. And so I keep these things return my cash and stop my purchase. BUT, they declare I had beennot billed. But I completely was. It is on my declaration right before me. Ugh! Therefore today I've to get this done through the financial institution. Thus frustrating. Do not get from www.fatgamer.com.
