I received partial order with incorrect items

Positioned an order on 4/8, paid additional for speed delivery. Week later I obtain partial purchase with wrong products. NEVER received the remainder of my products. Delivered many emails and remaining voice-mail. They ultimately delivered me an application e-mail stating the purchase was ended on 6/8 because of share unavailability: (
