I requested an item via the net (Writer Wireless Intercom by Chamberlain) back on

December 3rd as their site stated "in-stock". Our charge card was billed immediately.

After I tested about the standing at their site, I noticed "expecting cargo" for around 3

Months. Before Holiday, I examined again and discovered the merchandise to become

Stopped based on the product page-but nevertheless "expecting cargo" on my purchase

Standing. I named and required a reimbursement about the 22nd. I waited a couple of days and nothing

Was occurring and so I named again on December 31st. I had been sent mail which stated I ought to observe

The credit two days before. However nothing happened. I named them again today (Jan 7)

And talked to a different consultant that ostensibly stated the same whilst the others.

For many strange cause, their "process" claims that no-one can really contact their sales department to discover the things they are performing (very little, seemingly). I

Ultimately quit and named my charge card organization so that they are solving the

Criticism for me personally. After some checking, various other clients have experienced comparable

Issues with the corporation.
