Total Moving Disaster! Statewide Corporate Culture is Screw-U

Moved from OH to AL. Doubled the price before they entered the building. They have no respect for the persons belongings. Charged for boxes and crates notused. Very late delivery with inadequate help to unload and assemble. Almost everything was damaged to some degree and in total well over $5000 in damages. You should have seen inside the truck how it was stuffed in with metal stuff all over wood furniture, no boxes, crates and limited blankets. The abuse and attitude that I had to endure was the worst. Very unprofessional and will take total advantage of you.
They know when they arrive you are in a bind and cannot change movers since your stuff is packed and you are leaving, you are stuck with them and will be at their mercy. Did not deliver all property and tried to hide damage. Photos at

We have contacted American Express and have put their charge in dispute. The company refuses to work with us concerning the damage and the overcharges. We have contacted Progressive Insurance (my insurer) and are not filing a claim with them, however, Progressive Insurance is prepared to begin litigation against this company for their damages.
