I hired Zuna.net and paid a deposit of $350 on April, 29 2010. I was told that my website would be complete in 6 to 8 weeks. Deven Desi was assigned as my project manager. Communication with Deven was extreemly difficult. Emails and phone messages would go unanswered for days even weeks at a time.

Four months went by and I decided to call Greg Young the "CEO" and expressed my dissatisfaction with the communications and the fact that it had been four months, this was on Aug. 20. Greg told me that Deven was no longer with the company and that he would look in to my project. A few days later I heard back from Greg and he said he was sorry Etc. Etc. And that my project would be fast tracked and he would have something for me soon.

A month or so later I contacted him to find out what was going on and he then told me that my site was nowhere near where it should have been after four months and he was trying to get it working. At this point numerous emails and messages had been ignored or blown off for days and weeks at a time.

This continued for a few more months until December. My emails and Phone messages were ignored for two and a half weeks before Greg got back to me. This time the excuse was that he had a death in the family and told me he would give me a refund and the files for the site. I had told him that I had spent eight months already waiting on them and I think they owed me the courtesy to finish what they started.

Again, this and that happened, I received many more excuses over the next couple months. Back in September he had told me to pay for my hosting site because we were going to be ready to go here soon. So I spent more money to get my hosting site ready. Five months went by without my site even needing the hosting, so there was more money wasted.

At this point there was numerous issues that needed to be fixed. Greg wanted to launch the site so I could at least be on the web and then they could fix the problems as needed. We had a launch party and Greg had it put on the web in February. To no surprise once it was launched live on the web it didn't work properly.

I was strung along again, emails and phone calls were not returned for days at a time and of course I was given more lame excuses. Greg had been "traveling" supposedly and couldn't answer my phone calls he said.

Finally on Feb. 28th 2011 "I believe" Greg got a hold of me and once again apologized for the delay and said that he talked to the programmers and that he would have my two major issues that needed to be fixed right away to work somewhat properly that day or by to morrow, "I knew better".

That day and the next day (Wed.) had come and gone and I'd been down this road with them too many times to count already. So with numerous emails and phone message... AGAIN! I was not contacted by Greg for Five more days.

When he finally did get back with me, he had told me that he expected the fixes to be done days ago and he would contact the designers and let me know when he finds out what is going on.

At this point it has been nearly eleven months, almost a year! I have heard too many lies, been ignored too many times and had grown tired of being treated this way and even if he got these two issues fixed there was more issues and I knew I would have to continue dealing with them for possibly another year to get these issues fixed and I had no desire to continue with this horrible service.

I sent him an email that told him to keep the site and give me my money back. He has given me my money back and the site files for a site that still doesn't work properly. There is a couple complaints filed on usacomplaints.com from people who have had these same issues with Zuna. I am filing this complaint for the sake of any other potential customers of Zuna International. BEWARE! There are other inexpensive alternatives to web design than Zuna.net. They wasted almost a year of my time and my business has suffered major profit loss due to their lies and inability to provide the service they say they will provide. These guys are a joke and will run you around DO NOT USE ZUNA! These complaints will only provide evidence to the truth about Zuna.net as Greg Young will drive his own company in to the mud and his name along with it, he won't need our complaints to help that, he'll do it all by himself. As the author of a previous complaint said..."Greg Young, you are asleep at the wheel of your own business... At this rate it won't be long till it runs out of gas!

I have saved every email exchange over the past year to back up any and all of my accusations! Anyone know a good lawyer???:)
